Developing the Workforce
often consulting advice is not enough to make a service work or a change sustainable, so allied to our Education and Training UKHIMA offer, our educational and development teams have libraries and bespoke capabilites to develop your people to excel in their roles.
Complex Projects and Programmes
the ability to deliver on a vision for better health provision needs the delivery skills to make the right things happen in the right order, with the right outcomes. Our members bring these skills to our offer.
And being part of UKIHMA we have strong links to all our other members, bringing complementary insights into all aspects of healthcare design, build, management and delivery.
UK Excellence in Healthcare Consultancy
The Consulting Group brings together a wide range of skills from architecture and design, lawyers, finance, strategy, organisation and programme consultants all the way through to specialists in security, data and analytics, and importantly, NHS organisations that have transformed clinical pathways and can export that expertise internationally.
We are highly adjacent to the other UKIHMA SIGs, in particular Education & Training, Digital and Infrastructure. The group is a great balance of public and private sector skills of large and small organisations which can come together for unique combinations to shape and deliver solutions to the most challenging issues – at individual, facility, organisational or whole population level, in primary, acute, mental health and beyond, around the world.
Increasing demand from longer living populations, with higher expectations and diverse health needs, continues to create pressures on the system, region and facility level that only wider ranging, experienced consulting approaches can address. This is where the Consulting SIG’s diverse nature comes into its own – across our members we can apply our unique collective of skills to solve just about any healthcare challenge.
