Ralph is an experienced Director with particular expertise in managing and directing developments and projects involving substantial co-ordination and complex input across cultures, where strengths lie in combining an imaginative, solution focused approach to problem solving combined with hard work and a professional attitude. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a Masters in Construction Law & Arbitration which provides him with the legal and contractual knowledge to make sure his clients contract on the most appropriate terms. He leads by example, fosters great loyalty within his teams through unstinting support, encouragement and interest in the individual. Expert communicator and NLP Master Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner & CEDR trained mediator who engenders a team spirit both within the company and within his wider project teams that enables them to succeed. He has been responsible major hospitals and healthcare facilities in UK, Europe, Libya, Algeria, Africa, UAE and China.
