Deirdre is a strategic health planner, clinically trained and with executive management experience in both the private and public sector. Among these were director roles for infrastructural development, organisational development and an information technology portfolio.
Deirdre has been the lead Project Director on various strategic planning projects and subsequent business case development for major healthcare infrastructure projects. She has extensive experience strategic planning experience including national paediatric needs analysis, Ireland, needs analysis for a new hospital group in Greece and supporting the Lancashire and South Cumbria HIP 2 project in the assessment of future capacity.
